Are you passionate about creating detailed and accurate designs in the world of architecture and engineering? As a 3D Modeling Specialist , your expertise will be focused on preparing shop tickets for precast structures using top-notch 3-D modeling software. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our design team on a variety of projects, supporting them in designing and fabricating state-of-the-art structures. Under the close guidance of the Chief Designer or Design Engineer, you'll also prepare precise erection drawings. Your role is crucial in ensuring our quality standards are met while maintaining a safe workspace.

Core Responsibilities: Committed to upholding the highest safety and product quality standards, your everyday responsibilities will involve:

• Expertly reading and plotting erection details and drawings via advanced 3-D modeling software.
• Crafting shop cards using SolidWorks and other 3-D modeling tools, ensuring they meet standard detailing requirements.
• Working closely with Project Leads to present and verify the accuracy of scrubbed shop cards.
• Detailing Steel Cards from provided sketches or markups using your modeling prowess.
• Protecting sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
• Making autonomous decisions in interpreting and rendering complex drawings.
• Engaging daily with diverse team members, top management, clients, and partners.

Qualification Requirements:

• Training and/or certification in SolidWorks/StructureWorks is essential.
• An Associate's Degree in Design/Drafting or a related field is favored.
• Prior experience in modeling, design, or drafting, especially in precast structures, is advantageous.

Travel: Occasionally required for projects.
