Description A well-respected regional law firm specializing in professional malpractice defense (architecture/engineering), premises liability, and slip-and-fall defense for hotels is seeking a talented Defense Litigation Attorney to join its growing team in Irvine Spectrum. About the Firm: This regional law firm has carved its reputation by defending clients in high-stakes cases involving architectural and engineering malpractice, premises liability claims, and slip-and-fall incidents for prestigious hotel chains. Associate Responsibilities: + Conduct detailed legal research and draft comprehensive documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. + Review and prepare contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance. + Negotiate settlements with opposing parties to secure favorable outcomes for clients. + Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop strategies and execute litigation plans. + Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions as required.
