Description Robert Half is delighted to invite applications for the position of Case Manager with our client that focuses on mental and behavioral health. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about mental health advocacy and will support the effective operations of our case management processes. Responsibilities: · Assist in developing comprehensive case management plans for clients with mental and behavioral health issues. · Support lead case managers during client assessments. · Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, enhancing communication between healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. · Contribute to client empowerment by assisting in delivery of appropriate educational materials and resources. · Aid in maintaining accurate documentation of case management activities · Adhere strictly to professional ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality. Requirements · A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related healthcare field. · Previous experience, particularly in mental health, preferred but not essential. · Understanding of mental health, behavioral health, and case management principles. · Solid communication and teamwork skills. · Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in any circumstance. · Motivation and passion for improving mental and behavioral wellbeing among clients.
