Salary: Up to $115,000 annually, plus a 20% bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Culinary team to innovate and execute a diverse menu that reflects seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our exacting standards.
• Mentor and develop kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory and control food costs without compromising on quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale dining kitchen. Italian restaurant experience preferred.
• Proven background in scratch kitchen cooking with a focus on creative, high-quality dishes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
