Join Our Team as a Clinical Educator!

Are you passionate about enhancing patient care through education? We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Educator to lead the charge in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for our clinical staff. If you have a knack for inspiring others and a commitment to excellence, this role is for you!

Role Purpose

As a Clinical Educator, you will be at the forefront of promoting a superior patient experience for patients and their families. You will coordinate and manage house-wide educational programs that empower clinical educators and leaders at the unit and department levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key house-wide or multidepartmental programs to support the educational needs of clinical staff.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate continuing education programs and curriculums that meet and exceed national standards.
• Collaborate with administration, patient care services, and leadership to create effective education plans that align with patient care and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze developmental and educational needs while evaluating the effectiveness of educational activities.
• Design cost-effective educational programs tailored to adult learners, grounded in sound educational principles.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 2-5 years of Med/Surg RN experience

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RN or RRT license

Preferred Qualifications
