What You'll Be Doing:
Proactive Client Support: Anticipate needs and provide strategic solutions, including managing complex scheduling, project oversight, event coordination, and daily operations.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships based on trust, reliability, and excellence in communication.
Email Management: Handle and prioritize high-volume email communications with precision.
Scheduling: Seamlessly coordinate meetings across time zones with accuracy and availability.
Executive-Level Support: Manage tasks like travel arrangements, expense reporting, and strategic business support, including fundraising and lead generation.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 1 year in high-level administrative roles, demonstrating expertise in managing calendars, travel planning, and providing exceptional support in fast-paced, high-performing environments.
Technology Proficiency: Advanced experience with tools like Slack, Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Canva, CRM platforms, and QuickBooks.
Education: A high school diploma is required; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in demanding situations.
Technology Needs: A fully functional mobile phone and computer (not a Chromebook or tablet) capable of managing advanced client platforms.
Compensation:
Independent Contractor Split: 60% of client payments directly allocated to the assistant, reflecting the high level of expertise and commitment required for this role.
Open to Overseas Applicants:
We welcome applicants stationed overseas, including Japan, as long as you can work U.S.-based business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Response times must align with U.S.-based client expectations to maintain consistency.
