As an Entry-Level Trip Planner, you’ll play a vital role in curating unforgettable travel experiences—whether it’s a bucket-list escape, a family adventure, or a romantic getaway.
This is a remote, flexible position that blends creativity, research, and customer care—all from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do
Work directly with clients to uncover their travel goals, preferences, and must-sees
Design personalized itineraries that balance logistics with inspiration
Coordinate all key aspects of the trip, including flights, accommodations, and activities
Research destinations, seasonal trends, and travel requirements
Provide clear, timely communication before, during, and after the planning process
Ensure each client feels confident, cared for, and excited about their upcoming journey
Who You Are
Passionate about travel and naturally curious about the world
Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Excellent communicator with strong listening and follow-through skills
Detail-driven and capable of juggling multiple plans at once
Tech-savvy with an interest in online booking systems and tools
You don’t need experience—just the right attitude and willingness to learn
