Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to our Estate Planning team
Manage calendars, deadlines, and tasks with strong organizational skills
Use problem-solving abilities to streamline processes and improve workflow
Assist with client communications and document preparation
Work collaboratively with team members to meet firm goals

What We're Looking For:

Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Proactive approach to problem-solving and completing tasks
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
Fluency in Spanish is a huge plus, though not required for the right candidate
