Full-Time Furniture Delivery Driver

Home Furniture is currently seeking a reliable individual to join our team as a full-time Furniture Delivery Driver in Lafayette, LA. With a starting pay of $15.00 per hour plus incentives, this position offers a competitive compensation package. In addition to great pay, we also offer exceptional benefits such as

This full-time driver position has a 5-day work week with Sundays off.

THE TYPE OF FURNITURE DELIVERY DRIVER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills? Are you detail-oriented? and organized? Can you manage your time well? This Furniture Delivery Driver also exhibits the qualifications listed below:

Valid Louisiana Class D (Chauffeur's) license minimum

Clean driving record

Physical ability to lift and carry heavy loads

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A FURNITURE DELIVERY DRIVER

As a Furniture Delivery Driver, your day revolves around driving a 24' box truck to deliver furniture and bedding to customers' homes. You load and unload the truck, carefully moving and assembling merchandise as needed. Covering the southwest, south-central, and southeast Louisiana areas, you work with a helper in late-model, well-maintained trucks with 24-foot cargo boxes. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to excellent customer service ensure a successful delivery experience for our valued customers.
