Applicants for the Head of Compliance position at the company must possess a deep understanding of DFSA and FCA regulations, with a proven track record of regulatory mastery. The ideal candidate will be a strategic visionary, capable of designing robust governance structures that future-proof the organization against evolving legislative landscapes. Decision-making tenacity is essential, as the role requires the ability to make challenging decisions that significantly impact the company's direction. A minimum of 5 years' specialized experience in finance sector compliance, particularly within hedge fund or banking environments, is a must.
