Job Details Practice Area: Workplace You are skilled in experience-based design and project story building to inform creative design solutions. You possess strong modeling and visual communication and thrive in a fast-paced work environment with a collaborative team. Resort/Hospitality: You are a technical designer familiar with hospitality brand standards and FF&E development. You are experienced in collaborating with internal architects and designers on large-scale projects. Interior Designer 2: Applies more advanced and diverse knowledge and techniques of interior design principles and practices in a variety of tasks within multiple project types. Acts independently regarding Interior Design tasks but will receive supervision and guidance concerning overall objectives, critical issues, and new concepts. Will mentor other junior designers and may delegate tasks to other team members as well as take more ownership and responsibility on overall projects. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent. 5-7 years of interior design experience. Proficient in Revit modeling. Interior architecture and space planning expertise. Expert in graphic programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Modeling and 3D skills in Sketchup, Enscape, and/or VRay is a plus. Experience coordinating and collaborating with design consultants and owner's representatives is a must. NCIDQ certification is preferred.
