Duration- 12+ months contract

We're open to beginning this as a contract position through Wipro, with the potential to convert to full-time based on performance and fit.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced LoanIQ Application Manager with a strong background in financial services, especially in finance and operations technology. The ideal candidate will have expertise in application and data architecture, business analysis, and development of distributed, batch, event-driven, and cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities:

LoanIQ Ownership & Integration

• Oversee daily operations and performance of the LoanIQ application.
• Lead system and interface integration (APIs, messaging systems, data pipelines).
• Guide development teams, review code, and assist in automation initiatives.
• Develop advanced SQL queries using SQL Server.
• Ensure compliance and continuous improvement for scalability.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Product, Finance, and Tech teams to define transformation roadmaps.
• Align solutions with business goals and regulatory needs.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and blockers.

Data Quality & Governance

• Implement data validation/cleansing tools and automated workflows.
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics.
• Conduct regular data audits and drive governance initiatives.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

• Collaborate across internal/external teams to improve LoanIQ performance.
• Manage vendor relationships, performance, and compliance.
• Resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of services/products.

AI & Enhanced Data Capabilities

• Leverage AI/ML for data processing, cleansing, and insights.
• Create centralized repositories and enforce uniform calculations.
• Support business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for unified reporting.

Qualifications

Education:

• MS in Technology Management or related field (preferred).
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Platform/Tool Experience (Preferred):

• Finastra LoanIQ
• GTreasury
• Enterprise data management tools
• Data quality platforms
• IVP Reconciliations, Security Master, Polaris

Experience:

• 10+ years in LoanIQ, including syndication, GL, batch processing, trading, etc.
• 10+ years in asset management and middle-office technology roles.
• Strong track record in transformation programs and platform modernization.
• Expertise in operational workflow automation and process improvement.
