Position Overview:

As a remote Speech-Language Pathologist, youll work with a diverse caseload of students with mild to moderate speech and language needs. You'll conduct teletherapy sessions, collaborate with school teams, and contribute to student success through evidence-based practices and digital tools while all within a secure and structured virtual learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K12 students via a secure teletherapy platform

Conduct evaluations and assessments in accordance with Iowa state guidelines

Participate in IEP meetings, provide progress reports, and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs)

Maintain detailed records of sessions, evaluations, and student progress

Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support each students unique needs

Use digital resources and tools to enhance therapy delivery and student engagement

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Iowa SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA

Minimum of two years of recent school-based experience (teletherapy experience a plus but not required)

Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance requirements

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Reliable computer, webcam, and high-speed internet connection
