• Become part of our close-knit team of six physicians and two advanced practice providers, supported by a dedicated clinical performance nurse at Community Medical Center (CMC).
• Work alongside our specialized Sound intensivists who manage our ICU.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• 3+ years of experience, with preferred leadership experience.
• We proudly sponsor H1B and J1 visa candidates, with excellent in-house visa specialists and coverage for all required filing fees.

Key Responsibilities

• Embrace the challenge of complex cases in a semi-open ICU, with intensivist coverage during the day and tele-ICU support at night.
• Participate in monthly team meetings to collaboratively make decisions that best support our team and patients.
• Be a vital part of our hospitalist team at CMC, involved in strategic decision-making and hospital committees.

• This role encompasses full clinical responsibilities along with administrative duties.
