About the Role:

We're seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal/Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support. No two days will be the same! You'll be a trusted right-hand, helping to manage a busy and ever-growing personal and professional life. Your work week will be a mix of time spent between homes, offices, and remote locations.

What You'll Do:

Travel between offices, homes, and project sites.
Manage extensive domestic and international travel arrangements.
Oversee real estate projects (insurance, vendor payments, task lists, etc.).
Reconcile bank accounts.
Pay bills.
Handle personal errands (coffee runs, meeting arrangements, supply pickups, etc.).
What You'll Need:

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent writing skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
5+ years of experience as a Personal and Executive Assistant.
Real estate background is a plus.
