  • Light Housekeeping – including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms
  • Provides Engagement for the client. This includes accompanying client on walks, going out for a meal, trips to social/recreational activities, going out shopping, assistance with hobbies, or just sitting and chatting
  • Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions. May shop for groceries
  • Accompany or drive clients to appointments or run errands with clients
  • Monitor client supplies and help reorder
  • Meaningful engagement with those living with Dementia
  • Observe and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance
  • No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Life Home Health*
Qualifications
  • Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
  • Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
  • Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
  • Supportive and compassionate
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Take pride in providing high quality care
