Project Manager , having experience working with Reference Data / Capital Markets project management. * This is 1+ yr contract - 3 days onsite Hybrid work required in Jersey City , NJ Job Summary:

• Project Manager will have experience working with Reference Data
• This role is the primary responsible for the support of data issue management activities in Risk / Finance / Treasury Technology.
• Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets / Investment Banking products / instruments.

Details of the Role:

• This role interacts with both LOB teams and Technical teams.
• This role has close interaction with Data Quality Control Executive teams in other areas as well as the Enterprise Data Management organizations.
• Minimum Bachelor degree with experience managing diverse programs and projects/initiatives.
• Experience in running governance for large scale technology programs

Required Skills:

• Ability to coordinate and manage projects across multiple functional teams within technology, enterprise and the lines of business
• Excellent knowledge of working with stake holders within Capital Markets / Investment Banking business domain projects
• Must have experience in banking, with understanding of key data principles
• Ability to influence strategic solutions, ownership and progression of data issues
• Collaboration tool experience e.g. Sharepoint, Excel, Tableau etc
• Experience working with Technology teams , SQL and other databases

Role / Responsibilities:

• Support in the identification and logging of data quality issues into the enterprise issue management tracking tool
• Support in the execution of root cause analysis and assignment of remediator ownership of issues
• Participate in the on-going review and analysis of data-related issues
• Quickly understand the process flows of data across wide teams , Data analysis , data mapping
• Facilitate key processes related to a prioritized remediation program
• Facilitate communications and materials for key governance forums supporting our Risk/Finance / Treasury tech partners
• Direct operational frameworks that maximize data integrity and control and improve service levels through empowerment of high-performing teams
