We're a leading force in aerospace and defense, and we’re looking for a Cold Spray Process Design Engineer to join us on-site at Barksdale AFB. If you're passionate about materials innovation and want to drive real impact through cutting-edge cold spray technology, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Relocate to Bossier Parish and manage day-to-day operations. Design and optimize precision spray processes. Collaborate with engineers and technicians on project execution. Analyze metallography data and fine-tune process parameters. Maintain AS9100D-compliant documentation. Communicate directly with DoD and commercial clients. Program and operate robotics and cold spray equipment. Follow safety protocols while using machinery and precision tools. What You Bring: ~ BS in Engineering (advanced degree a plus). ~1+ year of program management experience (strongly preferred). ~ Familiarity with robotics and metallurgy. ~ Proficiency in 3D modeling and MS Office; CAD/CAM is a plus. ~ Strong communication, reasoning, and math skills. ~ Physically able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
