Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with nursing home administrators, compliance officers, and department heads to gather requirements and implement document libraries, lists, dashboards, and automated workflows that support healthcare operations.
  • Migrate and organize legacy content into modern SharePoint structures, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Power Automate, PowerApps, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
  • Experience implementing document management systems with attention to privacy and security, particularly HIPAA or healthcare-related standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the long-term care or healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare workflow integrations.
  • Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Power Platform.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid work options available.
  • Occasional travel to nursing home facilities for discovery, training, and support (if applicable).
  • Must be able to work in a deadline-driven, highly regulated environment.
